What is the role of a Customer Service Associate Supervisor? The Customer Service Associate Supervisor runs the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service area.
This requires thorough knowledge of Bank and teller processes, while also supervising, coaching and developing team members.
What will you do as a Customer Service Associate Supervisor? The key objectives of this position are to manage the Customer Service area, including supervision of Customer Service Team members.
The person in this role will serve customers by being knowledgeable about products and services and matching them to customer needs, while also being proficient in completing processes, such as opening new accounts.
What is the schedule for a Customer Service Supervisor? This is a full -time position, and the working hours are generally 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
The position also is part of a Saturday rotation, and will include working a Saturday schedule to be determined.
What education/experience is preferred for a Customer Service Supervisor?
